Our investment decisions are not determined by a single monolithic model that dictates all portfolio holdings. Our portfolios reflect a wide variety of income needs.

Charitable Remainder Trusts generally have different growth and income needs than Annuity Trusts or unrestricted funds. Where required, we will add high payout ratio / slow growing companies or fixed income securities to the portfolio. Where permitted, we will add some low payout ratio / fast growing companies.

From our universe of the 253+ highest quality dividend paying securities we have built a wide variety of custom solutions. Each of our senior managers have over 30 years experience in custom portfolio management. They are aided by a seasoned support staff, knowledgeable in CRT’s, CLT’s, and Annuity Trusts.
